I help businesses develop new products and find growth opportunities for products they're already selling. I do this by helping product and marketing teams adopt and apply Jobs to be Done thinking about how customers and markets behave.
Most of my work is with growing SaaS companies or tech-enabled hardware companies. I usually do projects with my business partner, Alan Klement.
I am interested in how people react to uncertainty and take risks. I like to explore these topics along with scripture, faith, business, and relationships.
